e-Teller Audio Response - Just because you can't get to a computer doesn't mean you can't connect with the credit union. With e-Teller Audio Response your account is just one toll-free call away. The audio response number is 1-866-861-9386. All you need to know is your account access number and your PIN. The rest is as simple as pushing a button. If you don't already have Audio Response access, contact Mississippi Employees Federal Credit Union today and we'll sign you up.
e-Xpress Statement - Tired of waiting on "snail" mail to deliver your monthly or quarterly statement? We've got the cure. Sign up for e-Xpress Statement electronic statement delivery and you'll have your statement on the first of each month. e-Xpress Statement sends an e-mail notification to the e-mail address of your choice and provides a secure Internet site from which to retrieve your statement. You can view and print any of the past six months' statements.
If you don't already have e-Xpress Statement, but you do have Homebanking, you can sign up through our Homebanking Web site.
e-Check Images - Need a copy of a cancelled check to prove you paid a bill? With e-Check images it's point, click and print. e-Check Images provides instant viewing of a cancelled check through our e-Teller Home Banking. All you need is Home Banking access (see Home Banking above). e-Check Images is part of the package.
e-Xpress Bill Pay - Now you have the ability to pay your bills through the convenience of e-Xpress Bill Pay. All you will need is your Mississippi Employees Federal Credit Union checking account and access to Home Banking. Then you can quit lickin' and start clickin'.
