*NOTE: An Inactive Account is defined as; (a) the member fails to increase or decrease the amount on deposit in their Regular Share account, (b) the member fails to increase or decrease the amount of a subsidiary account of their Regular Share account. Any account meeting the definition of inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months and having a balance less than $200 shall be will be charged a dormant account fee until activity resumes, the account is exhausted or the account is surrendered to state authorities as abandoned.
