HOME BANKING... New and Improved

e-Branch home banking is now new and improved.  Here are some things you need to know.

  • I f you had home banking on the old system, your User ID is the same as before.  If you have not used home banking before, your user ID is your account number.  Your first log in password will be the last four digits of the primary social security number on the account.
  • The new e-Branch home banking uses an improved multi-factoral fraud prevention to help guard and protect your personal information.  When you log on you'll be asked to take an extra step or two to authenticate your access to your account.  Be patient; it's for your own protection.
  • Be sure to input your e-mail address when asked.  You will want to have that in place so you can receive any e-mail alerts as well as special offers and rewards.

Your member ID is your account.  The first time you log on your PIN is the last four digits of your account's primary social security number.  You will be prompted to change your PIN, so have a new number in mind when you call.  Take a minute to listen to all the prompts so you can familiarize yourself with all the features of the new audio response system.
